Today: Most places will have a mix of cloud and sunny spells today with well scattered showers. However, fog will linger in some eastern spots all day. Highest temperatures of 4 to 8 Celsius in mostly light west to northwest or variable breezes.

Tonight: Showers will die out early tonight and it will become rather cold with clear spells and a touch of frost possible for time. There will be patches of fog also. However, later in the night, south to southwest winds will freshen, and outbreaks of rain will extend from the west, clearing any frost and fog. Strong winds will develop near windward coasts and the rain may be heavy at times. Lowest temperatures of zero to 4 Celsius.

Tomorrow: A blustery day on Thursday. Cloudy with further outbreaks of rain at first, heavy and possibly thundery at times. The rain will clear to sunny spells and scattered showers as the morning wears on. Some of the showers will be heavy, possibly thundery, and with hail but they will die out towards evening. Afternoon high of 5 to 8 Celsius. Fresh and gusty south to southwest winds, strong near some coasts, will veer westerly with the clearance then gradually ease southwesterly through the afternoon.
